Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited has appointed Mohsin Habib Chowdhury as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director, effective August 1, 2026. The decision was unanimously approved at a board meeting held on 29 April.
The board expressed its deep appreciation and sincere gratitude for his outstanding leadership and contributions, while reaffirming its strong confidence that his continued involvement will play a vital role in advancing Berger Paint’s long-term growth and strategic vision.
Mohsin Habib Chowdhury recently served as a Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited.
Over the course of his long career with the company, he has held several key leadership positions, including Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Senior General Manager – Sales & Marketing, and General Manager of Sales & Marketing.
Mohsin Habib Chowdhury’s career at Berger Paints spans over 31 years, since 1995. He has consistently championed innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity.
Under his leadership, Berger Paints Bangladesh has helped redefine the country’s paint and coatings industry by driving business diversification, introducing pioneering products through category extensions, and fostering a truly inclusive workplace culture.
In recognition of his leadership and operational excellence, Md. Mohsin Habib Chowdhury was honoured with the prestigious Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Operations Director of the Year 2024 award at the Bangladesh C Suite Awards, along with numerous other professional recognitions.
