Job description
• Give day to day support to Users across factory, keep track of cases attended and to be uploaded in service desk portal.
• Maintain necessary stock of essential IT products. Follow the IT standards and policy.
• Maintain reports and follow proper documentation using office 365 tools.
• Follow up with vendor and get the case resolved as per SLA.
• Escalate critical cases to group IT and Local IT.
• Co-ordinate with IT vendors in the installation of systems, devices and components and by trouble-shooting problems to enable smooth running of everyday business operations.
• Be responsible to ensure relevant maintenance contracts and licenses are maintained and conduct regular reviews to ensure we are compliant.
• Ensure all IT systems and business data are protected by having regular backups and IT security guidelines are followed to make sure data can be retrieved when required.
• Ensure that Digital IT tools are used effectively and becomes a source of competitive advantage.
